As we wrap up 2016 we tend to reflect on the year, and years past, and where we are in relation to where we want to be. It’s a good practice, one I do each year. I review short term goals, my goals for the coming year and longer term goals. Some are as simple as finally finishing season 4 of The Tudors. Others are more far reaching such as establishing a successful part-time health and fitness business.
As much as it’s a great practice and somewhat fun to write a list of things you’d like to accomplish, if you don’t go any further with it then nothing will ever happen. I recently read this article that applies to all of us to some degree and it’s words are very true.
So, what are you going to do this coming year to make your time in this life healthier, better, more fulfilling?
