Please note that YOGA STRONG offers the ability to buy a monthly pass where you get 1 class free or you can still just drop in for $15/class.

NOTE: classes held at the Northern Community Centre and the Bay Street Active Living Centre are booked through those venues separately. NCC classes are Monday nights. You can call 705-759-5377 or attend in-person to register. BALC classes will be on Tuesdays. CANCELLATION POLICY:

Regularly scheduled classes – class credit only if cancel at least 2 hours before the start of a purchased class and no credit if you cancel within 2 hours or are a ‘no-show’. Please email angela@superiorcoachingandwellnesssolutions.ca to cancel or contact me via Messenger, What’s App, text or phone. If you’ve signed up for a spot in a monthly class then you have committed to this spot and there will be no refunds or credit.

Special Classes/Workshops/Reiki Appointments – class credit only if cancel within 24 hours of a purchased special class, workshop, or Reiki appointment.  No credit if cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Please email angela@superiorcoachingandwellnesssolutions.ca to cancel or contact me via Messenger, What’s App, text or phone.

No refunds unless under extenuating circumstances or the class gets cancelled due to instructor unavailability or illness.
