Well the real answer, if I were speaking strictly as a health and nutrition specialist, would be none.  Bacon is horrible for you. But who wants to live in a world without the deliciousness of bacon? Certainly not I.

Making food choices and planning meals is hard.  It requires a lot of thought and planning.  Hopefully, you saw that I added a second date for my Healthy Eating Workshop for those who were unable to make it to the first one.  This workshop will help you live a normal life without having to do math or anything complicated to eat better.

Our bodies have to last us a long time and a well nourished one will allow us to live a fulfilling life so it’s worth putting some effort into our choices and doing some planning.  I’d like to make that a little easier for you. (Note: nourishment includes more than food but that’s a whole other workshop series).

If anything, be mindful of what you are putting into your body.  Moderation is truly key.  But don’t forget to live a little now and then by adding the odd piece of bacon.
