Bootcamp

A Bootcamp is meant to be a quick way to build strength, cardio endurance, while offering a sense of camaraderie.  You can also add a bit of friendly competition! A typical Bootcamp is 30 minutes.  My Bootcamps are for all fitness levels as I offer options for each movement and each movement is timed so that you work to your level within the time allotment.
