Core and Cardio Strength

CORE STRENGTH classes are 30 minutes in length and include a mix of cardio movement and functional core strengthening movements.  Light hand-weights or bands can be used in these classes.  Please see each class description for more information

CARDIO STRENGTH classes are 45 minutes in length.  These classes mix about 10 minutes of cardio movement followed by 5 minutes of functional strength movement.  Please see each class description for more information.
