Group Fitness

Group Fitness is a great way to try various styles of movement and add some fun to your workout.  A group fitness class can be booked for a group of family/friends, a charity event or other event, or a workplace wellness initiative.  Please contact me for information on styles of group fitness and what would work best to meet your needs.
