Yoga HIIT – Power Lunch
Yoga HIIT – Power Lunch is a class I created based on my Yoga Shred certification and the concept of the micro-workout. It is a 30 minute format with 3 “blasts/shreds” of high intensity movement. I do use levels so that anyone can do this class and work to build up their strength and stamina. The concept of this style of class is that you get cardio strength in a yoga class, work fast-twitch muscles for greater gains in strength and muscle tone, and your metabolism is revved up for up to 24 hours after class.
