Lunch time classes are Tuesdays (Yoga Core) and Thursdays (Yoga Strength) at 40 White Oak Drive East (upstairs at Dance Core Inc.). Both classes use body weight only for strength training.
Women’s Strength and Gentle Yoga on Wednesdays is in my Home Studio. I will offer a lower price if you commit to and sign up for a spot for a whole month. Any unclaimed spots will get posted to pay as you go at a slightly higher price.
Workshops and Challenges are also booked here as they have a definitive date.
NOTE: classes held at the Northern Community Centre and the Bay Street Active Living Centre are booked through those venues separately. NCC classes are Monday nights. To register for a class on the calendar, click on the purple “Register for a Class” button below.
NOW AVAILABLE – 10-class pass for lunch time classes only! Please select “Lunch 10-Class Pass” and complete payment. Bring the receipt to class and you will receive a 10-class pass card. Keep using the card until it runs out and then come back here to purchase another. NOTE: the class pass is not available for use for virtual lunch time classes.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Regularly scheduled classes – class credit only if cancel at least 2 hours before the start of a purchased class and no credit if you cancel within 2 hours or are a ‘no-show’. Please email [email protected] to cancel or contact me via Messenger, What’s App, text or phone.
Special Classes/Workshops/Reiki Appointments – class credit only if cancel within 24 hours of a purchased special class, workshop, or Reiki appointment. No credit if cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Please email [email protected] to cancel or contact me via Messenger, What’s App, text or phone.
No refunds unless under extenuating circumstances or the class gets cancelled due to instructor unavailability or illness.
